I feel stupid even asking but can anyone tell me the easiest way to remove the SYNC module? My instructions from Crutchfield say to remove lower storage tray and push it out from inside but that makes no sense to me. I was able to pop off the trim piece below it and can reach it easily but don't know how to remove it, as its not popping right out. Suggestions? Msybe use some muscle and force it out?
