Exclamation 2001 F-150 4x4 5.4 liter

Literally blew two plugs right out of the engine within 3 months of each other. Now my oil pressure gauge is showing no pressure when i first start it in the morning. After it warms up it comes up to normal or if i do take off while it is still a bit cold it will come up to normal. Getting concerned any suggestions.

Use a hand held gauge and try that. That will verify either the one in the truck is bad, or the truck is in dire need of further diagnosis. If you are relying on the one in the truck that just shows L and H, your sending unit needs to be replaced.
