Default rough running 5.4

I have a rough running 2006 F150 5.4. It misses a bucks when you go into passing gear. I am going to replace the coil packs and plugs. I was thinking of Granatelli coil packs. Anyone ever used them? any words of advice?

Not a fan of aftermarket coils that claim increased HP, performance, etc. I've used aftermarkets before and have been disappointed in what they deliver based on the cost. IMO - stick with stock ones!

Agreed, I have never had good luck with them.

Clean the MAF sensor and change the plug wires.
Are the wires original?
