'88 - Transmission Cable
I had the C6 transmission in my '88 ( W 5.8 ) rebuilt. Still not shifting quite right. Tranny guy says that the cable from the throttle body to the shifter is the wrong one !? He says it should connect at the throttle body straight in from the back. Mine comes in from the side, then turns to connect. It IS a little sloppy... Ford is no help and neither are most of the supply houses. Can anyone help me find the OEM one?
